What are the advantages?

Speed and convenience, mainly. Battery swap being completed in less than 10 minutes, including manoeuvring the vehicle into the changeover bay. By comparison, fast -charging network takes at least an hour to fully charge a battery. That can be a big time saver for e-Rickshaws and delivery fleets that are on the road all day, or drivers covering long distances away from home who may not be able to plug in to a charger overnight.
